24FAN4EVER | Ironman, I went to Bruce Smith's pro celebrity golf tournament here in Va Beach(Bruce's hometown) in 93 just so I could meet Dan Marino & get his autograph. I also met & got autographs from alot of Bills players, like Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, Darryl Talley, Bruce, etc. OJ Simpson was also there. He was was really drunk & hitting on all the blonde women. This was before the murders.

24FAN4EVER | On another note..I have good news! Lex & I got MARRIED on Mon!! We wanted to do it Jul 5, the anniversary of the day we met, but was unable to do so. We're leaving for Hawaii next Sat for 3wks & goin 2 Cancun in Sept after we get back from Hawaii. We wanted to be married b4 we left so we can honeymoon while we're there. lol Having another ceremony & reception in Sept after we return.

24FAN4EVER | I only wish I could've gone to school there gramps! ND is an awesome school & a beautiful campus! I absolutely loved it there! But, I went to college locally at Old Dominion University instead, to save on tuition. Which, is getting more expensive every yr. You pretty much have to be rich these days to send your kids to college, espc a good one like ND.

24FAN4EVER | My ex was a chief in the Navy too & he got stationed in South Bend running the ROTC Dept @ND for 3yrs. Thats where I got introduced to college ball & the whole tailgating tradition. Those were good times & great memories! Great people who really get into their sports. You were either an Irish fan or Michigan(or State) fan..never both! They take it very seriously up there! lol

24FAN4EVER | Thanx gforce & sorry for bringing up bad memories. But, I have my own from that game. My old roomate, who's a die hard Cowboys fan, joked me the whole game & even made mahi mahi(dolphin) for Thanxgiving dinner, just to mess with me. After we won, I was so excited I did a handspiring in the yard & ended up on crutches for the next 2 wks. But all I cared about was that we won:)

gramps1 | My brother is the Bears my youngest son big Raiders middle son is the Pack older son 49ers all three girls just go with what ever color looks the best and sons wife is the Cowboys wife go with the Giants. We have a blast getting on each other all football season. and you lived by ND thats where me and the boys what to go so bad. daughter got her masters at mich but we never got to see them play ND

24FAN4EVER | Wow gramps! I would've given anything to see that Fins Bears game! My best friend is a Bears fan & we have so much fun during football season. The Bears did really well this yr. I'm surprised you havent seen them win. But, I've never seen my Dolphins win in person either.

24FAN4EVER | HA Gramps! I like Colts, SF & Giants..but NEVER the Raiders! They're my enemy! lol My brothers a die hard SF fan, but I liked them better when Montana & Rice were there. I used to live off campus at Notre Dame & got to meet ND alumni Montana, the Bus(Jerome Bettis) & Regis Philbin at a home game one yr, which was cool as sh*t!

24FAN4EVER | Our neighbors are Giants & SF fans. They have their G-Men & 9ers flags hanging from their porches. We have an American flag, a Dolphins flag, A Steelers 6 time Super Bowl Champ flag & a Jeff Gordon flag hanging from ours. During football season, we have flag wars. lol

gramps1 | I got to see the Dolphins play the Bears back in 73 well I was there anyway, might of had a little to drink and think we might of lit one or two up. Been to the Bears games 4 times and never seen them win once, but Dolphins, Cowboys and Steelers? It's Colts Giants 49ers and maybe Raiders

My best sleeper pick, was Hadwin, the 23yrd old kid, who got in on a sponsor exemption & whose ill brother was able to leave hospital to see him play for 1st time. I put him in 10th & he finished 4th. But I so badly wanted to see him win. He's gonna be a great golfer...and so good looking too! :)

24FAN4EVER | I'm a Dolphins fan myself. The Colts used to be in our division, so I could never root for them. But now that they aren't & Peyton is QB, I pull for them, except when they play my Fins. My dad lives near Indy so he's a huge Colts fan. Yrs ago, I saw Fins play the Colts at the RCA dome & Colts beat us. But Marino broke the TD record that game & signed my jersey.
